For £6.99 per month, you receive one dedicated UK landline number connected to your chosen mobile telephone number. When your loved one calls the landline number, the ordinary voice call is forwarded to your mobile.
There is no app to download and you do not need to replace your existing mobile number.
How Does It Work?
The process involves four straightforward steps.
1. Sign Up Online
Complete the secure online order form.
When ordering, make sure that you provide the correct mobile number. This is the number to which your incoming calls will be forwarded.
2. Receive Your UK Landline Number
Once we have received your order and the necessary information, we will prepare your dedicated UK landline number.
Numbers are normally issued within 1-2 business days. We will notify you using the contact details supplied with your order when your number is ready.
3. Submit the Number for Approval
Give the dedicated landline number to your loved one so that they can submit it for inclusion on their approved telephone list.
The approval process is managed by the relevant prison and is separate from Unli Prison Call. Approval times can vary.
Your loved one must always follow the telephone rules and procedures of their establishment.
4. Receive Their Calls
After the number has been approved, your loved one can call the dedicated landline number. The call will then be forwarded to your registered mobile.
It is an ordinary audio call—video calling is not included or required.
