SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY

Unli Prison Call provides a telephone-number subscription service. No physical product will be shipped or delivered.

Once your order and payment have been successfully completed, we will normally create your dedicated UK landline number within 24–48 business hours.

You will be notified by email when your number is ready, together with any relevant setup instructions.

Business hours exclude weekends and public holidays in England. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed from the next business day.

Please ensure that the email address and mobile telephone number provided with your order are complete and accurate. Incorrect or missing information may delay the delivery of your number.

The 24–48-business-hour timeframe applies only to Unli Prison Call providing your dedicated landline number. Approval by the relevant prison is a separate process and may take longer.

If you have not received your number or notification after 48 business hours, please check your spam or junk-email folder before contacting us.
